GRINTECH – Your partner for innovative micro-optics solutions
We are GRINTECH – a medium-sized high-tech company based in Jena, the “City of Light”, with around 25 years of experience in innovation. Our technology is unique worldwide and revolutionizes the way light can be used in various applications: We develop GRIN gradient index micro-optics made of glass and produce high-precision miniaturized optical components and systems with unique properties based on these “gradient index lenses”.
Our dedicated team with decades of experience in physics, engineering, precision optics, chemistry and industrial mechanics is continuously working on new, individual solutions for the most demanding requirements in a wide variety of fields, such as sensor technology, fiber optics, biophotonics, medical imaging, telecommunications and laser diode beam shaping.
