To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are seeking a dedicated full-time
CNC milling machine operator (m/f/d):
Your Responsibilities with Us:
- Independently setting up and configuring CNC milling machines
- Manufacturing complex precision components on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers
- Independently creating, adapting, and optimizing CNC machining programs
- Monitoring and optimizing ongoing manufacturing processes
- Conducting quality inspections and implementing quality assurance measures
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality, and documentation specifications
- Continuously improving machining strategies and processes
Your profile:
- Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d), or comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling, ideally on 5-axis machines
- Experience working with Siemens controls is desirable
- Ability to independently program CNC manufacturing programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- High quality awareness and a keen eye for detail
- Structured, independent, and meticulous work style
- Ability to work well in a team, along with a high degree of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
